Roasted veal

From the previous night and in the same place of the event, we roasted to very slow fire, during 12 hours, a calf raised and selected by ourselves. In this way, we can enjoy the most delicious meat, freshly roasted, and crushed just before its tasting. The veal, roasted in one piece, allows us to serve more than 1,000 servings.
