The origin of Loiuko dates 15 years ago with the aim of offering the products made in the family farm Elortabarri in Loiu, under the guiding and expert hand of Iñigo Aurrekoetxea.

We want you to enjoy our products, such as the talo with chorizo at fairs, as much as we do at home, hence its preparation as if we were to eat them ourselves. To do this, we specifically and customarily select local Basque products for people with intolerance or food allergies.
